Integrated Management System (IMS)

Management Solutions: Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment. Independent assessment, stakeholder feedback, risk and lessons learned, supply-chain assurance, jointly agreed actions and verified closure.

Independent review. Practical improvements. Verified results.

We work with each client's existing Integrated Management System, assessing its effectiveness against agreed requirements. Our approach combines independent gap analysis, direct stakeholder feedback, operational evidence and jointly agreed improvement actions.

Quality

Quality management, supplier qualification, vendor surveillance, subcontractor oversight, technical assurance and lessons learned.

Health

Occupational health arrangements, workforce wellbeing, fitness for work and effective implementation of client requirements.

Safety

Personal safety, process safety, critical controls, IOGP Life-Saving Rules and Process Safety Fundamentals, applied as distinct frameworks where relevant.

Security

Physical security, cybersecurity, information management, intellectual property protection and supply-chain interfaces.

Environment

Environmental controls, energy efficiency, emissions reduction, resource use and practical sustainable-energy opportunities.

Our six-stage improvement approach

  1. Engage and agree scope. Confirm client objectives, accountabilities, applicable standards and evidence requirements.
  2. Assess existing systems. Review procedures, performance, field practices and interfaces with contractors and vendors.
  3. Conduct gap analysis. Benchmark against agreed ISO requirements, relevant IOGP guidance and client obligations.
  4. Listen to stakeholders. Interview management, employees, contractors, vendors and customers, with appropriate confidentiality.
  5. Agree and track improvements. Record risks and lessons learned, assign client action owners and use a client-appointed Action Tracking Coordinator.
  6. Verify closure. Review progress weekly and close no action without agreed evidence of effective completion.

Risk and lessons learned

Maintain a live Risk Register and Lessons Learned Register, with clear ownership and review dates.

Supply-chain assurance

Review vendor and subcontractor controls, procurement specifications, inspection plans and contract interfaces. IOGP JIP33 relates to procurement specifications, not consequence management.

Fair and consistent standards

Our focus is not simply adding rules. We help clients apply existing standards consistently, proportionately and transparently across teams.

Accountable delivery

Improvements are jointly agreed with the client, monitored weekly and accepted only when supporting evidence meets the agreed criteria.

One Team, No Boundaries
