Pre-Award Talent Pipeline

Bid today. Be ready to mobilise on award.

Build your project team while your proposal is being prepared, not after the contract is awarded.

Strengthen your proposal

We work with bidding teams to identify suitable management, engineering and specialist personnel against the anticipated scope of work. With each candidate's consent, relevant CVs can be included in the tender submission, subject to the client's tender requirements.

Prepare the talent pipeline

Shortlist candidates, assess qualifications, confirm interest and indicative availability, and prepare a conditional mobilisation plan while the bid is under evaluation. All engagement remains subject to contract award, candidate agreement and applicable checks.

Accelerate mobilisation

When the contract is awarded, a pre-qualified pipeline can reduce the time needed to assemble the project team. Depending on the roles, notice periods and approvals, clients may be able to save up to four weeks against a process started only after award. This is an illustrative opportunity, not a guaranteed saving.

Candidate CVs are shared only with permission and appropriate data-protection safeguards. Availability and deployment dates must be reconfirmed at award.

Career paths vary by discipline, employer and individual experience.

Your CV

  • Lead with the project, not the job title: client, scope, contract type and value. "PMC Project Director, ADNOC TA'ZIZ, US$6B TIC" tells a hiring manager more than a paragraph.
  • Put a number on every role: man-hours, staff, production, budget, schedule. Numbers are what gets a CV shortlisted.
  • One CV per discipline. A process engineer's CV and a project manager's CV are different documents.
  • Keep the first page for the last ten years. Early career goes at the back, briefly.

The interview

  • Expect to be asked what went wrong on a project and what you did about it. Have two honest examples ready; nobody believes a career without problems.
  • Know the client's project before you walk in: location, phase, contractors, the news. It shows in the first five minutes.
  • Be clear about your mobilisation date, rotation and family status. Vagueness here loses more offers than any technical question.
  • Ask about the team you will inherit and the interfaces you will manage. It signals you have done this before.

Working overseas

  • Get the contract terms in writing before you resign: rotation, leave flights, medical cover, end-of-service benefit and who pays if the project stops.
  • Check your professional registrations and degree attestations early; some countries take months.
  • Your reputation travels faster than you do. The industry is small and the same names appear project after project.
  • Send us your CV with the disciplines, locations and assignment types you want, and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Our Divisions

Industries Served

Oil and Gas is at the heart of our experience

We support organisations across oil and gas, energy, chemicals, engineering services, industrial facilities, industrial operations and manufacturing. Each sector presents its own challenges; our experience lets us identify the expertise and talent that fit.

Oil and Gas

Upstream, midstream and downstream developments: offshore and onshore facilities, field developments, pipelines, processing facilities, terminals and associated industrial facilities, from early studies and FEED through EPC and EPCM execution, construction, commissioning, start-up, operations and maintenance.

Experience includes energy efficiency studies and flare reduction projects as carbon reduction measures.

Energy

Conventional energy, gas processing and power. Experienced management and technical professionals who understand large, technically complex, internationally executed projects, together with engineering services, industrial facilities and industrial operations.

Chemicals

Chemicals and petrochemicals projects, including complex process facilities and integrated developments associated with the oil, gas and energy industries, from early development and FEED through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operations.

Supporting complex international projects

Large projects require more than technical knowledge. They require experienced people who understand how engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, cost, schedule, quality and safety work together.

Our objective is to help clients identify problems early, manage risk, improve performance and deliver their projects.
